Return Process

🚫 Returns Are Not Accepted If:

  • You changed your mind after receiving the item

  • The product is used or damaged by the customer

  • You ordered the wrong item, size, or color due to your own mistake

  • Return request is sent after 48 hours of delivery

  • Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup.

  • The item will be returned to our supplier (warehouse).

  • Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund (if applicable).

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

To proceed with your return request, please email us the following details:

  1. Order Number

  2. Full Name

  3. Phone Number / Email

  4. Date of Delivery

  5. Reason for Return

  6. Clear Images of the product showing the issue

  7. (Optional) Unboxing video (recommended for damage/missing claims)

  8. Product Condition (e.g., unused, opened, sealed)

  9. Is the original packaging available? (Yes / No)

  10. Preferred Action: Refund (please mention Bank transfer)

  11. Pickup Address for the return
